The hinged quarter-veneered top within line-inlaid borders and crossbanded in laburnam, above a conforming frieze on square chamfered legs, the underside stamped 'HFW', and '570 I K'

Acquired by Sir Sydney Barrett from Leonard Kerridge, London, June 1927, for Summerhill, Staffordshire and later installed at Crowe Hall, Bath, 1961 and by descent.
