With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1952 and its subsequent sale on June 17th, 1954.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never before been offered in public.

Patek Philippe produced the reference 750 from 1943 until approximately 1954. According to our research this is only the second known yellow gold example to come to auction.
