Highly regarded amongst Panerai collectors, this present lot is the first Radiomir style watch in a titanium case. In keeping with its design lineage, this reference has a 47 mm case and traditional wire lugs. Its attractive tobacco brown Radiomir sandwich dial combined with gold hands and ring surrounding the top most dial is a pleasure to behold. Of added note is the rare Minerva Calibre 16-15 movement that can be admired through the sapphire crystal case back, it has been modified to suit Panerai's specifications, size and restructured so that the small seconds is positioned at 9.
