A cultured pearl, gem and diamond-set choker necklace
The cultured pearl trellis design collar with bead decoration to a pavé-set diamond cluster octagonal shaped clasp set with a central cabochon ruby collet and pear-cut sapphire two stone detail, to matching inverted semi octagonal articulated shoulders each with sapphire single stone collet, 34.5 cm long
