Cal. 13''' CCV gilt-finished lever movement, 17 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, silvered dial, black hard enamel extended baton and Roman numerals, outer railway Arabic five minute divisions and scale graduated for 30 pulsations, two engine-turned subsidiary dials for constant seconds and 30 minutes register, circular case, snap on back, two oval chronograph buttons in the band, 18K gold Audemars Piguet buckle, case and movement signed by maker, dial signed by maker and retailer

Specialist note

According to the Archives of Audemars Piguet, the present watch was sold to Corona, their retailer in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1940.

Audemars Piguet's chronographs from the 1920s to the 1950s are amongst the rarest gems within all collecting categories combined due to their extremely small production output at the time. Examples with pulsation scales are probably the very rarest, enhanced by an exclusive retailer signature such specimen reach unique character.
