The circular-case with basketweave pattern and ruby dial with brilliant-cut diamond hour markers and diamond-set hands to the carved ruby leaf and diamond feet, with hinged support to the reverse, 5.0 cm diameter, with French export mark and London hallmark for 18 carat gold
