Tasting Note: Medium+ ruby-garnet colour. Aromas of loam, moss, truffles and tar contribute earthy complexity to the ripe raspberry, dark chocolate and hung meat core. The palate is very refined, rich yet wonderfully balanced by medium+ acidity. The medium+ level of tannins are finely grained giving this wine achingly good mouth feel. Very, very long finish.
