Rectangular polished gold box, the cover centred with a photographic portrait miniature on ivory of Tsar Alexander III of Russia (1845-1894), in green coat, gold epaulette, wearing an order, within gold mount with diamond-set gold coronet surmount, raised cabochon sapphire thumbpiece
3 7/8 in. (97 mm.) wide
