Circular with shaped rim, painted after a design after M. Adamovich, depicting a worker standing before a factory and inscribed in Cyrillic 'KAPITAL', the reverse with paper label attached, marked under base with masked Imperial factory mark, overglaze blue hammer, sickle and cog mark and the date '1921'
