Gilt finished lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, gold cuvette, white enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer five minute divisions, fine decorative gold hands, the 18k gold case with translucent blue enamel on guilloche background, set with a diamond rosette to the centre and diamond-set bezel, blue enamel rim, with a diamond-set decorative attached brooch, case, dial and movement signed
