This highly delicate emerald and mother of pearl bracelet is reminiscent of the delicate Art of Marquetry, a craft highly appreciated and developed in the Middle East. This intricate expertise consists of covering a structure with pieces of veneer - generally woods, ivory, tortoiseshell, mother-of-pearl, or fine metals. Usually applied to furniture or decorative objects, Bogh-Art skillfully translated this technique to jewellery.
