The bronze - 8 1/8 in. (20.5 cm.) high

Specialist note

The present model of this Standing Satyr is attributed to the workshop of Severo da Ravenna, and would originally supported a nozzle or ink pot on his head. It would probably have formed a desk set with a Kneeling Satyr.
