The bowls decorated with polychrome shaded enamel flowers in pinks greens, blues and yellow, one centred by a mythical bird perched upon a water lily in turn on a blue band simulating water, the other featuring a stylised rosette, both with white bead borders, partially-twisted stems terminating in panels of blue petals on a turquoise ground, in original box lined with oyster silk and blue velvet
