Mary Fedden, R.A. (b. 1915)

In 1947 Fedden held her first exhibition at the Mansard Gallery in Heal's Department Store, where she showed still life and flower paintings. Following this she was commissioned to paint covers for Woman magazine, of which the present work is an example.
