Note du spécialiste

Prince George was presented with the trowel at the Derwent Cripples College by the architect Mr. A. E. Williams. The Bishop of Stafford blessed the foundation stone of the the new Village Settlement and afterwards the Prince opened the college itself accompanied by Dame Agnes Hunt, the founder of the college. He then went on to the Shropshire Orthopaedic Hospital where he performed a similar ceremony.
