Cal. 103 highly engraved skeletonized gilt-finished jewelled lever movement, pierced and engraved gilt rotor depicting Cartier's double "C" logo, one minute tourbillon regulator with monometallic compensation balance, skeletonized dial, luminous dot numerals and hands, window for phases of the moon, three mother-of-pearl subsidiary dials for date, day, month and leap year indicator, date and constant seconds, circular case, revolving bezel calibrated for 60 units, bar lugs, cabochon sapphire-set protective crown cap, scalloped glazed display back secured by eight screws, 18K pink gold Cartier deployant clasp, case, dial and movement signed
