An Early 20th century gold, diamond and ruby brooch
Composed of a penannular plaque designed as three revolving segments pavé set with old-brilliant-cut diamonds and calibr© rubies, the segments can be positioned either to spell the word 'DEAREST' or form and absract pattern, The rim engraved, patent ll042, 1910
