Designed as an octagonal orange topaz dial, with enclosed rose-cut diamond hands designed as a dragon, with applied mother-of-pearl Roman numeral chapters, within a carved coral and black enamel frame with gold trim, decorated with carved jade foliate plaques and diamond collets, to the black onyx base, enhanced by mother-of-pearl and coral palmettes and jade and coral foliate panels, mounted in 18k gold, circa 1928, 5 x 4 x 1 ins., with a gold and black enamel winding key, with French assay marks and maker's marks, in a Cartier brown leather fitted case
