Paul Fordyce Maitland (1863-1909)

Maitland and Roussel painted in the Royal Parks in the early 1890s and Maitland continued to do so until circa 1905. The present work is comparable to 'The Flower Walk, Kensington Gardens', circa 1897, in the collection of the Tate.
