OF LOUIS XVI STYLE, 19TH CENTURY
Each with rope-twist and entrelac-carved back, seat and squab cushion covered in pastoral tapestry depicting mythical scenes and wild animals, within a tasseled fringed background, the bead-and-reel and acanthus-carved arm supports above stiff leaf-carved, and stop-fluted turned tapering legs, each with paper labels inscribed '28 [gs]' and '34 [gss]', respectively, and with remains of further paper labels
