Gilt-finished jewelled cylinder movement, plain three arm brass balance, blued steel flat balance spring with bimetallic compensation curb on the regulator, ruby endstone, quarter repeating on two hammers onto two gongs, gold cuvette, white enamel dial, Turkish numerals, blued steel moon-style hands, finely turquoise enamel simulated shagreen decorated circular case, repeat plunge in the bow stem, cuvette signed and numbered, case numbered
50 mm. diam.

With a short length of 18K gold chain and matching gold and enamel ratchet key with turquoise enamel simulated shagreen decoration.

Moulinie Ainé & Cie., watchmakers, were active in Geneva in the first half of the 19th century and specialized in finely enamelled timepieces.
