Pierre Ozanne (Brest 1737-1813)

Ozanne came from a family of artists. Like his older brother, Nicolas- Marie, who was also his teacher, Pierre began his career as an engraver and marine artist. His travels aboard naval vessels brought him to Spain, North Africa, America and the French West Indies.
