Specialist note

The watch is accompanied by a letter from the Henri Stern agency dated June 26, 1975 stating the movement numnber 90427 is by Patek Philippe and the watch was sold to Tiffany and Company in 1892. The watch was sold with a case numbered 208186, however the timepiece is now sold with a Tiffany & Co. signed case, numbered 90427.
