LATE 18TH CENTURY
The rectangular padded toprail and seat covered in beige and brown striped velvet, the rope-twist pierced back centred by a ribbon-tied medallion with a love trophy with arrows, bow and floral sprays, the rope-twist carved seatrail with rosette paterae, above turned tapering and fluted legs terminating in toupie feet, minor losses to carving of back, with an illegible stamp to the front rail '...NA...'
