The carved lapis lazuli box inlaid with a mother-of-pearl scene depicting a man and a woman, enhanced by a circular-cut diamond and gold trim, with a cabochon ruby clasp, 198 circular-cut diamonds, weighing approx. 4.00-5.00 cts. total, G-H color, mostly VS clarity, a few SI, lapis lazuli, intact, vibrant blue color heavily mottled with pyrite and calcite, shows signs of normal use, 3½ x 3½ x 1½ ins.
