Specialist note

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with 18K yellow and pink gold case, silvered dial and applied gold hour markers in 1938 and its subsequent sale on 14 November 1941.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch is the only reference 575 known to exist to date. Its rarity is further enhanced by the unusual design, combining a rectangular yellow gold case with pink gold hooded lugs, all confirmed by the Extract from the Archives.
