AN ORMOLU AND BEADED-GLASS PLAFFONIER

With its finely-cast ormolu corona and beaded glass strands, the present plaffonier is reminiscent of designs produced by the houses of Jansen and Edward F. Caldwell during the first half of the 20th century.
