This watch is named "Meteorite Peary" after Robert Edwin Peary (1856-1920), the first explorer to reach the North Pole. During one of his expeditions in Greenland in 1894, he found a piece of the largest meteorite of the world, weighing 58 tons, this was used to decorate the dials of this watch (no.153 of 963 limited editions).
