Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirm production of the present watch in 1985 and its subsequent sale on June 6th, 1985.
Reference 3450 was introduced in 1981, only 244 examples were produced in all, majority in yellow gold. Generally divided into three series, differences lie in the leap year display:
- 1st series: Arabic 1, 2 and 3, leap year in red
- 2nd series: Arabic numerals
- 3rd series: Roman numerals
Production ceased in 1985.
