Bond has been fascinated since his very beginnings as a photographer by the atmosphere and picture possibilities of the frenzied moments backstage at fashion shows. A feature published in The Independent Magazine on 26th October 1996, when he had just graduated from St Martin's College of Art, demonstrated his precocious skill in this area.
