MARK OF JOSEPH WILLMORE, BIRMINGHAM, ALL 1832, EXCEPT THE SHAVING BRUSH 1838
Comprising: four cologne bottles, seven boxes (three with pierced foliate panels to cover), a traveling inkwell and a shaving brush in a cylindrical case, all engraved with a crest above initials A.I.G, also two wooden-backed hair brushes and a shaving strop, the secret drawer containing nine steel or ivory mounted fittings including a pair of boot jacks, folding corkscrew and various manicure items, in a fitted brass-bound rosewood box with inlaid crested brass star-shaped cartouche, lined in crimson velvet, the inside of the cover with concealed writing folder.
