Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with stainless steel and pink gold case in 1945 and its subsequent sale on 1 March 1946.

Reference 544 was in production from around 1938 until the late 1940s and available in yellow or pink gold, stainless steel or stainless steel and gold. The present watch is one of less than 7 examples in stainless steel and gold with pink gold dial and the applied dot and Arabic numerals to appear in public to date.
