Note du spécialiste

Born in Turin in 1818, Guiseppe Camino's artistic development was uniquely influenced by the landscape of Northern Italy and particularly the Italian Alps. Throughout his long life, the artist returned time and again to the majesty and grandeur of the mountains and the dense forests of his native region.
