Hercules Brabazon Brabazon (1821-1906)

Brabazon made studies after many artists, including the Old Masters such as Velàzquez and Hals and in particular J.M.W. Turner, R.A. These works provide a record of Brabazon's continual process of study. They are not straight copies but rather re-interpretations in his own pictorial language.
