Signed Rolex, Antimagnetic, ref. 2508, case no. 47960, manufactured in 1939
With nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, the pink dial with applied gold Arabic and baton numerals, outer gilt five minute divisions, telemetre and tachymetre scales, two subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds and 30 minutes register, in large circular case with flat bezel, downturned lugs, snap on back, two rectangular chronograph buttons in the band, contemporary 18K gold Rolex buckle, case, dial and movement signed
36 mm. diam.

Specialist note

Reference 2508 was introduced into the market in the mid 1930s. The first generation featured oval chronograph buttons whereas the second series, such as the present watch, were fitted with rectangular pushers.

This watch stands out by its charismatic and original pink dial and its excellent overall condition.
