Cal. 27 AM 400 nickel-finished lever movement stamped twice with the Geneva Seal, 18 jewels, Gyromax balance, gold lever, free sprung regulator, the silvered matte dial with applied gold baton numerals, subsidiary seconds, in circular case with concave lugs, snap on back, case, dial and movement signed

Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1966 and its subsequent sale on 14 April 1975. It has never been offered in public before.

Reference 3420 was in production from 1959 until 1983.
