With nickel-finished lever movement, 19 jewels, glucydur balance, silvered matte dial with Roman numerals, inner minute ring with textured center, secret Cartier signature at 7 o'clock, the rectangular case secured by four screws swiveling within the frame with cabochon ruby pull, all hinged into the back plate engraved 1847-1997, case, dial and movement signed, with an 18k gold Cartier deployant buckle

The Reversible Basculante was made in a limited number of 150 pieces. The watch celebrated the 150th anniversary of the founding of the Cartier firm in 1847.
