The present watch reprsents number 493 in a limited series of 500 pieces produced by Jaeger-LeCoultre to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the invention of the Reverso watch. The movement featured in this watch is larger than standard Reverso movements and was designed with a special calibre No. 824 for this particular model.
