A very fine Sendak drawing including two "Wild Things" in a hot air balloon made to look like a Christmas tree ornament with a profile portrait of Santa Claus. A woman plays a harp sitting on a sled pulled by a bull dog, next to a young boy playing the saxephone. The left panel (which would comprise the rear cover of the catalogue) shows a ship at a dock with three figures standing just on shore.
