A kakemono, 19th century
painted in sumi, colour and gofun on silk with a bijin walking barefoot, wearing a colourful kimono decorated with flowers -- 34½in. x 12¼in. (87.1cm. x 31.1cm.), red seal mark, later mount with blue and white porcelain runners.
