Suspending an elongated hexagonal-shaped plaque set with square, baguette and hexagonal-cut diamonds, the reverse set with a rectangular dial, with black Arabic chapters and blued-steel hands, joined by vari-cut diamond links, to the pierced geometric-motif bar, centering upon a hexagonal-cut diamond within a baguette and pavé-set diamond frame, mounted in platinum, circa 1920
