Antonio Zanchi (1631-1722)

By the same hand as a drawing by Zanchi sold at Christie's London, 19 April 1994, lot 86, and another in an English private collection (J. Stock, Disegni Veneti di Collezione Inglesi, Venice, 1980, no. 59), both of which carry attributions to Zanchi by the Reliable Venetian Collector (L. 3005c-d).
Zanchi painted a horizontal version of this subject in the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore in Bergamo in 1669.
