Pieter Barbiers III (1772-1837); probably A.B. Verpoorten, Haarlem, 19-21 December 1837, lot number unknown (several lots described as 'landschap' by Hendriks).

專家說明

The artist served as the director of the Haarlemse Tekenacademie before becoming curator of the Teylers Museum in 1785. He was responsible for establishing the museum's distinguished collection of drawings thanks to the purchase of 1,700 Italian drawings from the collection of Queen Christina of Sweden.
Three of the drawings ([1], b, and c) included in the present lot where included in the exhibition ybrand Hendriks 1744-1831, Haarlem, Teylers Museum, 1972.
