New York: Multiples, Inc., 1970. Twenty-three leaves of black-and-white offset printed plates on glossy paper with letterpress title page and copyright credit on title page verso. Number one from an edition of 1,200 copies. Baby-blue rag paper cover bound with pink ribbon and embossed with green felt lettering on front. Overall: 7 1/2 x 6 in. (19 x 15.2 cm.)
