DUKE, Richard GORDON, Fred HAISE, James LOVELL, Edgar MITCHELL, Wally SCHIRRA, Rusty SCHWEICKART, Tom STAFFORD, and Al WORDEN. John Glenn has additionally inscribed his signature, "To Jay" and dated 6 June 2009.
