With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with raised gold indexes and is set with 22 diamonds weighing 1.10 carats, 12 sapphires weighing 0.68 carats, 6 rubies weighing 0.53 carats and 8 emeralds weighing 0.75 carats in 1952 and its subsequent sale on 22 April 1953.

This rare watch is fresh to the market and is for the first time seen at auction. Very few examples were made according to our research.
