A BÖTTGER HAUSMALEREI TEABOWL AND SAUCER

It has been suggested that this teabowl and saucer are decorated with the early and experimental enamels developed at Meissen before J.G. Höroldt's introduction of more sophisticated coloured enamels in the early years of the 1720s, and it has also been suggested that the decoration was carried out in Holland.
